    I got this on Black Friday 2022 at 52% off. Sounded like a great deal received my kit and sent the sample December 8. I tracked the shipment as it flew between Indiana and California for what looks like two or three trips back-and-forth at one point I was told it鈥檚 being held in California. I ended up calling FedEx and they told me customs was holding the package and that it was not being allowed. That it was being sent back to the return address. I called 23andMe customer service. They basically told me my package was being held at customs. They told me they would figure out why it鈥檚 being held and have it delivered to the lab. A few days later, I received an email saying my package was being shipped back to Canada. That afternoon I also received an email stating it was delivered to the laboratory. All said and done it bounce back-and-forth almost 3 weeks. And then followed the lavatory steps through their app. I was given a date of January 12-26 for results. Today January 10 I鈥檓 told there was not enough DNA in the sample and then I have to start this whole process over. I called customer service see what they could do to make the situation better, they just helped me order another kit. They ask at the end what they could do to make their service better.. i said to add a free year subscription to the family finder portion of the app. Also don鈥檛 allow the sample to sit there for 3 weeks and then make the customer redo it and have to start all over.. he said he鈥檒l mention it to the higher ups.. so Nothing. For what they charge they should be more organized..
    So I鈥檇 say think twice before you spend the money. I won鈥檛 be recommending this product to any one and will share my experience...-Dw
