- Reviewed in Canada on June 6, 2021I use this for my Pi-hole set up and it worked great until it didn't. It just quit on me today and I have no idea why. I hope UGREEN is good on warranties as I'm about 40 days away from one year. It's a good product and I do recommend.
鶹 is a messed up company for warranty. This product has been deemed faulty by UGREEN and they have told me to get a refund or replacement from 鶹 because it's FBA. 鶹 initially was trying to do so but then the robot I had to talk to was telling me since it's almost a year old they cannot offer any warranty of return or replacement and that I had to talk to UGREEN. Well, I already know what UGREEN will say because I contacted them first about this whole ordeal. 鶹 has stolen 20 bucks from me and has no intention of helping me any further to correct the problem. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I'm seriously considering killing my prime subscription because of the BS. This site is only convenient...it doesn't have the best prices...actually, a lot of the time the prices are higher than other stores. Convenience is not worth the crap that robot has told me. This product is still a good product and I still recommend this product to other consumers. But GOOD LUCK if you ever want to try return it within the FIRST YEAR of warranty. Just garbage, man.
