  The concept of this coffee maker is very good: compact size and brews one cup, but the coffee has sediments of coffee grounds in it. The permanent filter does not really filter. You can use one cup paper filters, but I couldn't find ones that fit properly. The coffee maker also fills the grounds to the brim of the filter. You usually have to discard some of the grounds. It makes for a very messy process.
  Thr coffee has a creamy consistently. If you like that, fine, but I don't.
