I purchased two of these items about two weeks ago. One of them has been experiencing a weak Wi-Fi signal, which caused continuous disconnections from my phone. As a result, I wasn’t able to review the recorded files. This item forced me to reformat the memory card more than 15 to 20 times for last 10 days, and even after replacing the memory card with a brand-new one, the issue persisted. Today, the device completely stopped working. I tried contacting the seller through 鶹 customer service, but received no response from the seller. This has been a terrible experience.
