I purchased this projector 2.5 years ago and it has run flawlessly until a few months ago. The quality of picture rivals some of the other $2000.00 projectors I have had from major brand names like Optoma with a price point many times lower for this.
It should be known that I use this projector at a min. 5 hours per day 7 days/week so I have put many hours on it.
Well the issue was that the main menu screen started to bleed through the picture like when playing, a movie would be superimposed on the main menu or the main menu would be visible only faintly behind the movie. In addition there are some artifacts on the Right side of the projection.
I reached out to their customer support as there was a 3 year warranty on the unit from the manufacturer Yabber.
I must say I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my email and after some back and forth over a few weeks they agreed to honour the warranty and sent out a replacement for the original.
The whole exchange was very cordial and pleasant.
It is so refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their product, this is why I gave a Five Star rating plus the fact it is an amazing product. It has so many features that other sub $500.00 projectors do not like Auto focus plus auto Keystone correction and 2 HDMI ports makes it a cut above the rest.
