  LUV THIS THING....Just slide the wire into the side of your cake..do a little side to side jiggle so you start the thin wire cutting into the cake...and I mean..it cuts like 'buttah'....and voila .. that cake is gonna' be split into ''twins''....where has this thing been all my life..thank you Wilton....this could possibly turn me into....the next Nick Malgieri....or the new Rose Levy Berenbaum....or a version of Paula Deen doing her ooey-gooey butter cake.....but no matter how well this cake leveler does the job..and it does it superbly....I could never come close to Ina Garten...could I ?
