  I was excited to try the ASUS Zenbook Duo (2024), but it turned into a major disappointment. The keyboard stopped working within days — even after extensive troubleshooting with ASUS support, it never typed. Despite being within the �鶹�� return window, I was told I’d need to return the item before getting a replacement, even though the price had increased by over $600.
  
  What’s worse, �鶹�� support initially told me an exception might be possible but didn’t document the conversation. I’m now stuck either paying significantly more for the same model or returning it and being left without a laptop after wasting hours on support, updates, and troubleshooting.
  
  This whole process has cost me valuable time, energy, and money. If you’re considering this model, beware — and don’t count on �鶹�� or ASUS to make things right if something goes wrong.
