- Reviewed in Canada on May 23, 2025I receive a 399 gram pressurized spray can of adhesive. This adhesive can be used to stick light weight materials together, including paper, cardboard, fabric, and others. From reading the description of this product, it seems to resemble contact cement that I purchase as a thick liquid and apply with a brush or stick. This adhesive was supplied in a spray can, which is great when the article you will be applying it to is quite large, but is less convenient with smaller items, as over spray becomes more of an issue. I tested the adhesive outdoors, as it has a chemical smell that is similar to other adhesives of this type, and I also didn’t want to worry about over spray. I applied it to a piece of wood and some cardboard. Application of the adhesive went well, and was similar to other spray products. I let it dry for about 1 minute, as instructed by the directions on the spray can. I then pressed the two items together. They immediately stuck together. The bond between the wood and cardboard seemed reasonably strong and I was pleased with it. As I suspected, any region on the two items that received some over spray and that were not part of the bond, remained somewhat sticky. This might be a consideration in some usage contexts, but might be irrelevant in others. I cleaned the spray nozzle with acetone after use, to ensure it would be usable at a future date. Overall, a decent spray adhesive, and particularly useful for large objects.
