  I melted it by placing a bowl over hot water and it melted it perfectly. I dipped strawberries and marzipan truffles in to the chocolate and let it harden and it was divine. It’s a big bag that I will share with my sister. This is high quality chocolate, that’s more chocolatey than sweet
