  The item is described as a 22 inch carry-on but in fact it’s a 20 inch. It comes in a big box with a 20 inch sign on the front. I really wanted a 22 inch so this was disappointing. Not sure I wanna go through the hassle of returning to re-buy.
  But I did recently go away, and the suitcase was wonderful!
