    I have two of these watch winders. One that was gifted to me Christmas 2023, the second I bought recently.

    The good: comparatively inexpensive. Can connect together in series with the integrated cable. The older unit has been working for 12 months

    The bad: They鈥檙e noisy. I wouldn鈥檛 put it in your bedroom (mine live in my home office, so I don鈥檛 much care). They don鈥檛 come with the plastic clips that connect the units together. You have to request them.

    The ugly: Upon receiving the unit, you鈥檒l find an enclosed note with an email that asks you to email them directly for the free clip that connects two together. They鈥檒l tell you that you have to order two to get it, which isn鈥檛 stated in the note (pic attached).

    The result. They鈥檙e fine. Would I order them again? Probably not, but not because the units are terrible, It鈥檚 the communication with the company itself. It just isn鈥檛 a good experience. They should either include the clips, or not. Not force the customer into days long email communications to get something that was already promised to them.

    Lastly, I was told to provide my contact details including my phone number to send the clip鈥 why they need that when they already have my address is beyond me, but I am not providing it. The clip just isn鈥檛 that important and it鈥檚 become a matter of principle at this point.
