    I use this powder to make my pasta sauces "cheesy" without adding actual cheese (because we somehow end up eating the good cheese before I can use it, LOL). I also use it to make a simple mac and cheese sauce. Very easy to use. My only gripe is that it is a tad too salty, but you can regulate that by not adding any additional salt in the pasta sauces or adding more milk to the mac and cheese.
