  I would not recommend these as an alternative to whichever noodles you're already accustomed to. I tried 3 of these and each time i was unable to get the noodles to not have a stale texture that's both too chewy and breaks up easily in the mouth. It's overall unpleasant and the soup mix doesn't taste very pleasant either.
