Easy to setup, and it runs very well. In my case I took the CAT5e output from my Rogers Cable Modem located in the basement where the cable comes into the house, and connected it to the MoCa. Then the coax of the MoCa was hooked up, and that runs all the way up to the third floor of the house in an office where it connects to a coax outlet, and in turn to the second MoCa. Then the MoCa Cat5e connects to my wireless router in this same office. In this way, the router is getting an internet signal and is broadcasting where I need it to be (upstairs). Plus the Rogers modem is downstairs because the fan is so noisy I couldn't stand to listen to it upstairs in the office. Essentially, I bought this to relegate that noisy, hot Rogers modem to the utility closet in the basement where it's much cooler. Quick speeds, no problems with this MoCa. I wish it was a bit less pricey--but worth it in the end.
