  This item may come in a little box but it turns into a very useful item. Easy instructions to follow and it's snap the parts together and you're all set! In the apartment I moved into, the toilet is very low and because I have back and knee problems, I use this to get onto and back off of the toilet with little effort. It has large suction cups on the back to keep it in place, the side rails can move out for extra space, it it is easily height adjustable. It takes the pressure off my back and knees. Highly recommend this product!
