  The wires arrived so tightly wound that both do not charge my controller unless it’s held at a certain angle. I’ve had these for months and I have to charge it while not playing because I need to keep my controller at a certain angle in its stand in order for it to charge. Atp, I’m getting a new brand because I can’t even connect my controller to my PC with the wire. (I don’t understand why it was so tightly wound??)
