  This is definitely a step up from what I was using before. I got this phone to replace both my aging tablet and my aging phone and so far couldn't be happier. There's no real lag going between app to app, I have lots of space to install what I need, the transfer from both devices to this worked great and it already had Android 13 installed with me fully expecting to have to upgrade that myself.
