  Bought new on �鶹�� and shipped from Greenworks. Worked the first time amazingly but after that nothing. Batteries kept inside and charged. They are all working fine. But if snowblower is left outside in -5 the auger freezes and won't start. Have to bring it inside the house everytime and let it warm up then it works. Contacted support and they told me in the manual it says the snowblower can't be stored in the cold. Not even -5C. Can't find that in my manual. They wanted me to deliver it to their local repair depo, which has a terrible reputation, and wait for them to test my batteries. So apparently, unless you store it indoors and never plan to haul it in your truck, it's only for use in summer weather. I would have worked with it had support offered any compensation for this KNOWN issue like a set of extra batteries, but they just gave me the run around and pretended like its normal your $3000 snowblower cant sit in -5C and still work. Don't buy unless you plan to use your snow blower in summer. Waste of $3000.
