  Haven't used it for travel yet but took it for a test drive. Zippers work well, cage is sturdy, wheels roll smoothly, the handle is OK, retracts without issue.
  I can't wait to use it for travel.
  Like many people, I ordered a 20 inch, it came in a box that says 22 inches, however it is a 20 inch carry-on.
