  The cover is not quite 18 ft. That's one issue. The second issue, is that you can't adjust it for the size of real that you have. In other words it doesn't adjust to the diameter. Consequently, you have a lot of sagging. Also, one side had two velcros as opposed to a velcro and a patch. That area could not be sealed. All in all, it's adequate but no better than that.
