  I bought this to try and regulate my hormones. On day two I had the most excruciating headache and absolutely nothing was able to relieve it. I had to lay in a dark room with an ice pack all day. I suffered for a full 24 hours and on day two the headache was very mild but I still felt unwell / nauseated. I would not recommend taking this without talking to your doctor because I’ve read a lot of reviews about the same thing happening to others. Be careful!
