  This product is effective, and a great value for the quality. I suffer from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and use a combination of supplements in order to retain elasticity, and promote healing of my connective tissue.
  
  Without this product, my joint pain would be severe, and my mobility would be significantly more limited. I've noticed marked improvement in both areas, and would definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with either EDS, or various forms of arthritis. Especially when used in conjunction with go glucosamine, and vitamin c supplementation.
