  I needed ear plugs for swimming and these are, hands down, the best fitting plugs I have ever used. For reference, I swim laps for an hour, three times a week. Each pair lasted about 10 uses as I made sure to wipe any waxy residue out of my ear opening before using them. I probably could have gone longer but they started to get a bit ... used. Be sure to follow the instructions and press on the wad in your ear for 10-15 seconds to ensure it's sealed all around. Other than that, enjoy a swim without water in your ears!
