The speaker would not pair with my RCA Roku TV. I called the manufacturer's phone number provided in the packaging and it was not in service. I emailed with a detailed description of my TV audio outlet options, which cable I had used to connect, confirmed that the power was on and the setting for the cable was correct for the speaker. Rather than offer any suggestions, they asked for a video of the problem and my proof of purchase! Why would I be contacting them if I didn't have the speaker and how is a video with no audio helpful?
