  I have ordered this RC Creeper TWICE now. It was a gift for my son's birthday, which he was super excited for. After taking it out of the box and putting batteries in the device, he was pumped to wheel it around. However, it would not move anywhere. The "explode" feature was operable, but the Creeper wouldn't travel.
  
  We opted to return the device and replace it with a new one. The pick up was rescheduled twice and close to 2 weeks later, it was finally picked up.
  
  After the second Creeper arrived, you can imagine how excited our little guy was to use his much anticipated RC toy. What a DUD! The second RC Creeper was malfunctioning in the exact same manner. We followed the instructions to a tee, and replaced with new batteries more than once, just in case.
  
  To add insult to injury, the seller refused to pick the SECOND malfunctioning product up and informed us that we would have to package it up and take it to the post office for its return, and the cost to return is on us.
  
  What a disappointing experience. I wouldn't encourage anybody to purchase this product.
