  I think this is a good unit. I was surprised that it was indicating that I had moderately high blood pressure in the mornings when I thought I didn't, but knowing this is helping me make lifestyle changes that will keep me healthier. At first I found the cuff a bit hard to position, as the velcro seam was almost right where I needed to pull it through to attach it. But once I got it adjusted right, I found I could put it on and take it off without having to undo it at all. That's made it a lot easier to do by myself on a regular basis. I am also making sure to line up the cuff as indicated in the instructions. I press the button to start the measurement, then quickly hold the cuff in position as it starts to inflate. Within a few seconds it won't slide down, and I get my measurement. When it's done, I wait a few seconds after I turn off the machine, and the cuff deflates enough to slide it down again. So far, so good.
