  I recently had a situation where the city sewers backed up into many peoples homes, flooding our basements with sewer water. I washed my floors and then used this to go over all the surfaces and baseboards etc to decontaminate it until the insurance replaces the floors and baseboards. It is a nice, safe but very effective disinfectant. There are no unpleasant fumes and it is safe to use. It does not damage your skin at all.
