  This product was a perfect match to my existing Eureka system in a house we just bought. I had one spring break in a vaccum inlet and a previous owner probably had a similar problem but he just swapped the plate for one that wasn't used. Now I have 2 that are no good with only one still servicable. I bought 1 of these items as a trial to see if it would work and plan to buy 2 more. The only down side which resulted in the 4 star rating was the fact that you cannot buy just the face plate. You must buy the complete assembly that would be required for a new install. You get all the behind the wall parts that just get tossed. They REALLY need to offer just the face plate.
