  Had to order this twice. The first one the audio during calls would not work even after restarting and what not.
  The first order The packaging came in with an off brand charger and wire, no visibal physical damage to the phone.
  
  The second iphone XR came in with a proper seal, a description that it has been checked, an iphone charger with an iphone wire. Battery life was 87% (seems like the average people get from other comments)
  
  Reson for not a 5 star is cause of the first time experience othervise its amazing.
