  First off, in theory this is a very cool product - the size is nice and small allowing for frequent cleaning and refilling during heavy bug season.
  
  I ordered two, one jar was very visibly shattered the other was shattered as well but not seen until taken out of box. I returned and exchanged these jars. Unfortunately, the second order came shattered as well. The returns and ultimately refunds were easy to do - the seller was great to deal with.
  
  This product has great potential, however the packaging needs a lot of work.
