    Docked two stars because:
    1. It is very noisy, makes creaking noises every time you move/adjust it (which is almost constantly)
    2. Can't lock the position of the footrest, it's always in this weird freely moving state
    3. No antislip material on the surface so it slides around very easily on hardwood floors
