So the screws in the box I have no idea what they are for so be prepared to get your own.
Instructions what instructions? There's a picture on the box that contradicts the hardware included and slip of paper with half decent instructions for different products. So you better have a bit of DIY aptitude and just figure it out.
I thought the packaging was scratched up but turns out it was manufactured with some decent scratches in it makes it look tougher I guess? If that's something that bothers you probably should pass.
I pre drilled the holes and used some small self drilling hex washer screws to hold it in used a sharpie to mark where I needed the slot in the rail for the bar then drilled a top hole and a bottom hole and used a dremel and some files to finish the slot.
The thing is beefy I'll give it that and the red handle is just cherry. No doubt it's going to rip my door apart before it will break. Just hope me and my wife can remember to lock out the opener when it's latched.
