- Reviewed in Canada on May 21, 2024I got this to replace a super awful cordless vacuum I got in January that did NOT work well at all. I wanted something to perform decent on both bare floors and carpet because I have rugs in my apartment. Having two cats and two people with long hair living in the same house makes a LOT of mess. I used it on my thickest rug which is comparable to full carpet and bare floors so far. Having two modes depending on the floor type is definitely appreciated. It worked quite well on the rug, although I had to go over some spots a few times. It also worked very well on bare floor, picking up small debris, dust, hair and gravel cat litter.
The only complaints I have so far are that it is a bit heavy and not as flexible as some other stick vacuums, but it doesn鈥檛 feel awful to use at all, and I鈥檇 take a bit cumbersome over something that doesn鈥檛 pick up anything like my old one. Going back to a cord after using cordless does feel a bit bad but to get this level of performance with a cordless you鈥檇 have to pay much, much more. It鈥檚 also quite loud. Over all it鈥檚 a great budget friendly stick vacuum for small to medium sized apartments and small single floor homes. For anything bigger you鈥檇 have to empty the dust cup more than once while cleaning. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.
