  I bought these to use while sleeping at a music festival. I found them to be more comfortable than other earplugs I've tried in the past. I find the foam type often shift and fall out while I'm sleeping and I don't like the feeling. These ones don't actually go inside your ear canal so I found them more comfortable and from what I can remember they did stay in my ears all night. You can still hear a bit with them in but it reduced the sound a nice amount so I could sleep. The only thing I didn't like was that they are a bit sticky so some of my hair got caught in them. They also pick up dirt quite easily so I wouldn't recommend reusing them really. You could maybe reuse them a couple times but I would worry about getting an ear infection if you kept them for longer
