First time using the product and the spline drive broke off inside the bolt. Removing a dust shield bolt on a semi truck. The bolt was turning but bound up on the rusted threads and snapped. Cut both ends of the bolt off so it could no longer bind up. Drilled through the center of the bolt. Heated around the bolt then inserted the spline drive till it got a good bite on the bolt for removal. A few whacks with a hammer around the bolt to jar the threads loose. Carefully bumping the wrench on the spline drive rather then reefing on it till it breaks. The spline drive still broke. Brand new tool. First use. This bolt was turning already so its not like it was seized in. I'm not a snap on guy but in this case I've learned you do get what you pay for. The reviews miss lead me to believe it was a good buy. 23 of 24 bolts removed so I dont think this broke from operator error. Picture is of the bolts/dust shield. Writing the review after work and did not take a picture of the broken spline drive. Penetrate, heat, hammer, wire brush and wheel were all used to extract these bolts with my best effort not to break them.
