  I needed batteries for watches. These batteries fit the watches perfectly. The batteries arrived a day earlier than promised. I tested the voltage on 4 of the batteries. A good battery should test 1.5v+. All 4 batteries tested 1.25v or less. I used them in the watches anyway. They work, but I will have to change them more frequently due to the lower charge. I rated them at 3 due to the lower charge factor, which is half of what they should be, otherwise they are okay for now. I rated value for the money at 4 because these batteries are cheap compared to others and as usual You Get What You Pay For.
