I add 2 tablespoons to a daily Spinach salad. The seeds alone give me 23% of my RDA for Iron, 38% Fibre, and 10% of my Protein needs. I don't make smoothies but know many people that throw them in to theirs each morning. This is a must in any vegan or WFPB lifestyle. The price here is only about 1$ less than I can find it locally so it's just as easy to throw a couple of bags on with another order!
