The drill worked well while it lasted, but it failed in less than 2 years due to a battery voltage issue. Customer service advised that it was no longer safe to use and recommended purchasing a new unit. For the price, it’s disappointing that it didn’t last longer. Consider a different brand if you’re looking for durability
