  Have now purchased four of these devices. Only glitch I had was an apparent issue getting one device to work with a TP Link wifi router - presume that there is some fundamental incompatibility between the two competing vendors. (I did not contact DLink tech support but their online resources did not help in this case. Given that the device worked without issue with other wifi routers, however, am presuming the core of the issue was on the TP Link end.)
  
  Otherwise I did get these devices connected to Hitron routers and Meraki access points without any issue whatsoever. Great for providing a wired ethernet connection to a not-very-accessible place without needing to run cable to it. Note that the Internet speeds achieved therein will be slightly below wifi speeds, so I wouldn't rely on this to provide wired ethernet for really bandwidth intensive needs.
