  These earplugs are absolutely life changing. If you are a light sleeper, if you have small ears, if you struggle with ear plugs, if you have a bed partner who snores or loud upstairs neighbors, if you struggle to insert most other types of ear plugs... Just try these. I honestly believe the negative reviews are from people who aren't using them correctly. After years of issues with my sleep due to all of the above, it's taken me less than a week off wearing these earplugs and my sleep is completely different. I sleep all night undisturbed. I wake up to the sound of my alarm now. If you're on the fence, just buy these you won't regret it. They are easy to use, work extremely well and they are beyond comfortable. If you find it soothing being underwater, that is the sensation when you have these in.
