  Well packaged for shipping. No parts missing. Good looking unit. Recommend reviewing several of the Utube videos showing assembly. This will make your job easier. Ash cleaner and basket make easy work of keeping unit clean.
  Purchased mainly to smoke items as a supplement to my propane BBQ. Have used 5 times since purchase (including once in a snow fall) and on my way to becoming a "pit master".
  Must haves are the charcoal chimney and char baskets. These two items will make your job easier and save on excessive use of charcoal.
