    I've been baking the most amazing keto bread since January of this year. Almost a loaf a week. You may know the recipe. Lots of Vita Wheat Gluten, Some Oat Fiber, some Flax meal, butter, 2 eggs, salt, xanthum gum, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp yeast and water. More or less. Every single loaf has turned out absolutely amazing... Nice big loaves as good as any none keto loaf you ever tried. Makes Keto so easy. Truely a game changer. And for all 17 of those amazing Loaves I used Bob's Mill Vital Wheat Gluten. Then recently I thought I would try this product. HUGE MISTAKE. Both the bread and the Hamburger buns hardly rose at all. The texture is completely different and the only thing that changed was the vital wheat gluten. So I got some more Bob Mill and Boom, another perfect loaf. I Strongly recommend you stay away from this product. I don't see how it can 100% vital wheat gluten and not do the job.
