  The instructions that it comes with is very basic and the website doesn't offer you much instructions either. You will need to properly learn how to use them from different forums or on YouTube. It does a decent job what it claims and helpful.
  
  Now that I've learned how to properly use them, these calipers are a staple in my weekly routine and I no longer use the weight scale anymore.
