Customer Review

I have been always fan of Bose since I purchased first Bose Computer speakers in 2011. In 2021, I purchased Bose Soundbar 500 with Bass module and I was very happy with it. In 2022, I wanted to add rear Bose Surround Speakers 700. Watching 5.1 movies from Netflix and Prime was next level. However, after few months, I started experiencing sound drops out on rear surround speakers, I contacted Bose customers service and they assisted me to do trouble shooting and the issue was fixed. When Bose Ultra Soundbar was released in 2023, I upgraded the soundbar for my Bose Sound system. After few months, I started experiencing sound drop outs in rear rear surround speaker 700. I contacted the customer service and explained the issue. They asked me to do some troubleshooting which I had already done because I have been doing this troubleshooting and I was familiar. They made me feel dumb, rear surround speakers only supports Marvel movies and advised to try Marvel movies, I tried and the sound at rear surround speakers 700 was still dropping and they told me to wait. I waited over 20 mins and I would say they hung up the phone. If it was disconnected due to technical error, they should have called me again because before, starting the conversation, they had noted my phone number in case call gets disconnected. When they can't resolve the issue, they got thousands unrealistic reasons (marvel movies) and treat customers like they don't know anything. They don't care about their customers. So for this reason, I don't recommend Bose Products.
