I bought this alongside the Zebra DelGaurd and I'd recommend the DelGaurd over this one, and the Zebra M-301 over that.

If you're thinking about buying this pencil, some things to know about the rotation mechanism:
    1. It is sensitive to angle of writing. If you're like me and you write at a pretty wide angle (45 degrees or more; I have a bad pencil grasp), the rotation will not work at all and you will need to adjust your grip.
    2. It rotates clockwise. If you're like me and you have a habit of rotating your pencil to the right as you go anyway, you may need to retrain yourself as you will be working against the pencil.
    3. It only activates if you lift up the pencil. If you write cursive, are a bit of a sloppy-fast writer, or otherwise use a lot of long strokes, it won't work as well as it would if you print neatly with short strokes.
    4. It is sensitive enough in general, but depending on your angle, you may need to press a bit firmer.

To be honest, it doesn't seem all that practical now that I've purchased it, since keeping the point sharp is as simple as twisting the pencil every once in a while.

Other than that, the mechanism works quite well. As for the rest of the pencil: It's great build quality. It looks and feels expensive, with the exception of the crummy looking plastic eraser cap; it writes well, but may be a bit uncomfortable and heavy for some people.
