  Govee must be one of the few companies that put customer service before anything else. You can buy govee products with your eyes closed knowing that you are in good hands if something wrong happens. Only downside with the product itself is the plastic material used for the cylinder,i would have prefer glass a that price(because it is more scratch resistant) Pairing was very easy and the app is user friendly (iphone). I would wait for a sale though,at full price i think the quality should be a little better.
