I was really discouraged because the 30 seconds I did see were really bright and awesome. I contacted the seller鈥檚 customer service and they responded so quickly to me offering to help.
I did more troubleshooting on my end, and swapped out my usb block, this did the trick. My boys were able to use it at bedtime and are in love.
The nebulas are clear, the stars are bright. Yes, the stars are in a grid pattern, as I saw in other reviews however we didn鈥檛 mind at all. Love the colour changing options, especially the one that cycles through all of the colours.
So far, it鈥檚 an amazing purchase!
