  After my eye surgery anything closer that 30 cm (12 inches) away is a blur without reading glasses. This magnifying glass works great, and gives me the ability to work with my stamps and coins without the need for reading glasses. It even comes with a strap that is big enough to allow you to wear it if you are so inclined.
