  Functionally, these are well designed, the strap works and the third-party cover is easy to install. But that's about it.
  The strap is very uncomfortable, the material is not as soft as it looks and also depending on your hands size it may be hard to reach the buttons, unless you adjust them really well all the time, which is annoying because with the default controllers it's so easy to just drop them to scratch your forehead or something and then pick them back up. With these it seems like a chore to do so.
  
  On top of that, the material for the grips is extremely uncomfortable (the battery compartment). It started to get into my skin real quick. I think they did them so, in order to keep a secure "grip" but I feel like the strap would be enough.
  
  I only wore these for less than 5 minutes before deciding to return. I will stick to the regular controllers, going back to their softness feels like heaven after trying these.
