  I should have done more research - unfortunately Bob’s Red Mill website refers to this as a gluten free grain, so I was surprised when this arrived and had no gluten free reference on the package. Turns out it is processed on equipment that also processes their wheat products. My mistake, just wanted to share this in case it helps others who might have wheat allergies.
